Peeled grapefruit divide into wedges, remove any white fibers and internal bitter husks, and cut into smaller pieces. Banana peel and cut into slices. All the ingredients brend together until smooth by hand hand blend or blender. Pour sparkling water or drinking water as needed and blend thoroughly.

If you would like to have more rich smoothie, use kefir or buttermilk insead of mineral water, drink will be interesting.
