Banana cut into wheels and insert it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Then we put it in the Blender, add the frozen strawberries, baby spinach, chia seeds and almond milk to pour over all. All together in a blender blend green smoothies smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fruit and serve with a straw.
