Excellent vegetable smoothie that will boost your energy.

Directions for recipe: Cucumber smoothie with carrot and coriander

Cucumber, carrot and celery wash, peel cucumber, and cut into smaller pieces. Blend all ingredients together until smooth by hand blender on blender. Add mineral water or drinking water and flavoured by salt. Everything blend again together.

If you add 3 tablespoons of yogurt or kefir to smoothie, flavor will be soft and cocktail really fills you up. You can use it as morning snack.

If you prefer a sharper taste, add a little ground pepper or chilli.
